Free Shipping! Shipping is paid by the seller. All packages are shipped UPS or USPS Ground without signature required delivery confirmation.

Jewelry Care

The best way to care for your jewelry is to store it in a jewelry box away from the air and the light. This will prevent tarnishing or dullness. If tarnishing occurs, use a jewelers cloth to wipe down your jewelry and bring back the luster!

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase non-custom returns will be excepted within 15 days of the postmark date shipped for a full refund. Returns require an authorization number which you can get by emailing me at PreciousPuzzle@gmail.com or calling (951) 251-4701. All items to be returned must be in their original condition, on the original card how they were shipped or with the original tags still on the merchandise. Customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Worn or damaged pieces cannot be returned.
